I love the humor in this book. This is a timeless piece, there is pop culture references for every generation and a great story line. The world the characters live in is full of witch doctors, gypsies, and dragons, oh my! There is never a boring moment on these characters' epic journey to find the Star of Jolanest. If the humor doesn't keep you laughing, the action sequences will keep you interested and turning page after page. This book is the best. It doesn't bore you to death with painstaking detail like some fantasies. It keeps a nice fast pace with out leaving any detail. |
